The Monthly Care Subscription is designed for a long-term partnership for home maintenance. Every month, I'll find a time that works to drop in and tackle any of the issues listed below (or not listed).
The 12-month subscription includes 1 hour per month, at $65 per hour. Not sure about the annual commitment? Check out my 6-month subscription.
What’s Included:
Safety Check: Testing smoke/CO detectors and inspecting fire extinguishers.
Air Quality: Changing HVAC filters (critical for Indiana's pollen and dust!).
